💗 is a feeling of blissful unity, a total surrender of the individuality that brings a state of liberation, lifts all our blockages so that we open up to the full experience of life

the key or better the heart of this graceful experience is faith or shraddha

In difficult heartbreaking situations of life, it is important to remember happy moments so that we are not getting lost in a state of sadness

To experience pure joy is the purpose of all yogapractice

Toxic positivity as well as spiritual bypassing are traps we should avoid

We actually free ourselves from dysfunctional behaviors and reconnect to our source of being 🧘🏾‍♀️
